Grilled turkey scalloppine with dijon sauce

Ingredients :

1/4 Cup vegetable oil
1/4 Cup honey
2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 Teaspoon lemon zest/peel
2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 Clove garlic, minced
1/4 Teaspoon dried thyme
To Taste salt and pepper
1 Pound turkey scalloppine
4 Wedges lemon, for garnish

Method :

1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except turkey and lemon wedges. Brush the sauce on the turkey scalloppine.
2. Preheat grill. Place turkey, 4-6 inches from the heat source. Grill over medium heat 2 to 4 minutes on each side or until no longer pink in the center.
3. Serve immediately and garnish with lemon wedges.
