Pickled Onion

Ingredient :

# Marinade (1 l water):.
# 2 tb salt.
# 2 tb sugar.
# 2-3 ea cloves.
# 1 tb vinegar.
# small onions (2 cm).

Method :

Blanch onion for 2-3 minutes, then peel the top skin and crop the bottom. Wash under running water and put in a jar. Pour over hot marinade, add vinegar and sterilize the jars for 10-12 minutes.
