Freshly Salted Cucumbers

Ingredient :

# 10 ea average cucumbers.
# 50 g salt.
# 20 g horseradish.
# 2 ea horseradish leaves.
# 1 l water.
# 3 garlic cloves.

Method :

Wash cucumbers carefully. Put garlic, horseradish eaves on the bottom of the jar or a small barrel, then put cucumbers, pour salted water over. The cucumbers will be ready in 24 hours.
