Pisco Sour

Ingredients :

* 1 egg white
* 1 tbs sugar
* 1 glass of pisco
* juice from 6 limes
* chipped ice
* angostura bitters (optional)

Method :

Beat the egg white and sugar in a blender. Add pisco, lime juice, ice, and angostura bitters if desired. Mix well and pour into shot glasses.
