Carrot Pickle
Ingredients :
Carrot - 5-6
Lemon - 4
Mustard Powder 3 t/s
Red chili Powder 3 t/s
Ginger little
Cumin seeds 2 tb/s
Fenugreek seeds 1 t/s
Oil - 3 t/s
Salt to taste
For seasoning :
Cumin 1 t/s
Mustard 1 t/s
Oil 2 t/s
Curry leaves
Method :
Peal, wash and dry carrots
Cut them in to thin slices,
put these slices in a container,
Mix mustard powder and red chili powder,add to the container,
Fry Cumin, fenugreek with out oil, Make powder
Add this powder to the carrot slices
Heat oil add ginger, cumin, mustard and curry leaves,
Add this seasoning to the container,
Add Lemon juice and mix all the things well,
You can store this for many days.
