Boiled eggs in lemon oil sauce

Ingredient :

* 6 boiled eggs
* Juice of 2 lemons
* 1/2 cup oil
* 1/4 cup mustard
* Salt
* Pepper

Method :

Mix the oil, the lemon juice and the mustard in a bowl. Let the eggs cool, after boiling, and cut each one in 4 pieces. Place them in a plate. Add salt and pepper and pour over the dressing.
