Sandwiches

Ingredients :

1 garlic clove
2/3 large tomatoes sliced
Chopped black olives
Fresh basil leaves
2 spring onions Or shallots cut in small cubes
200g of Tuna Provençale
Olive oil
Black Pepper
Salt (optional)

Method :

Side slice the Petit Pain Boule and open out
Cut the garlic clove in half and rub over the crumb
Sprinkle the crumb with olive oil
Mix the cubes of spring onions Or shallots with the Tuna Provençale.
Fill the bread with the Tuna Provençale.
Arrange the tomato slices on top of the Tuna Provençale with Basil leaves in between
Season with black pepper
Wrap tightly in a plastic film and store in a refrigerated display
