Pancakes stuffed with chicory

Ingredients & Method :

• Wrap each chicory head in a slice of ham, them wrap in a pancake.
• Add the grated cheese to the Béchamel Sauce and pour over the pancakes.
• Brown under the grill for about 10 minutes.
