Ultimate Hummus

Ingredients :

* 1 can (~15 oz.) garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
* 1/3 c. tahini
* ¼ c. lemon juice
* ¾ c. olive oil
* 3 cloves garlic
* ¼ c. fresh cilantro, chopped
* ½ teaspoon turmeric
* ¼ teaspoon salt
* ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Method :

Put everything in the food processor or blender. Blend thoroughly, scraping down the sides as needed. Serve with pita bread. Scallions, roasted red peppers, etc, may be added for additional seasoning.
