Apple Blossom Cake

Ingredient :

1 1/2 Cups Salad Oil
2 Eggs
2 Cups Sugar
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Cloves
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
3 Cups Flour
3 Cups Apples -- fresh
1 Cup Nuts

Method :

Beat oil, eggs, and sugar thoroughly. Add vanilla.

Sift spices, salt, and soda with flour about 3 times. Add to egg mixture.

Add apples and nuts.

Bake in tube pan for 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.

NOTES : Apples must be fresh and not canned.
