Bun Glaze

Ingredients :

# 1/4 cup sugar
# 3 Tbsp water
# 1 tsp gelatin
# 1/2 tsp cinnamon
# 1/2 tsp mixed spice

Method :

Combine all Ingredients : in a small saucepan. Stir over heat until sugar is dissolved, bring to a boil. Cool. Use to glaze sweet doughs.
